Are you a newcomer, immigrant, or permanent resident female-identifying individual? Are you interested in learning more about healthy and unhealthy relationships, your rights in Canada in intimate partner relationships, or exploring community resources?

Join us on Tuesday, July 23 for our Healthy Families, Healthy Relationships workshop addressing your rights in Canada, unhealthy vs. healthy relationships, communication and boundaries, and including interactive activities.

• Session includes 1/2 HR meet and greet with snacks and light refreshments, 1 hour presentation, and 1/2 HR for questions and answers (Q&A).

• Childcare is unavailable for this session.

• A basic knowledge of English is appreciated.

• Option to join virtually or in-person, though we can only host 15 people maximum for in-person. A link to the workshop will be sent the day before if you would like to join virtually.
