Everyone deserves happy and healthy relationships in their lives. Clink on the links below to explore more, learn, or check out our youth resources. Healthy Relationships Materials
Boundaries
Boundaries help us define what we are and are not comfortable with in our relationships. Setting healthy boundaries and respecting the boundaries of those around us are important parts of developing and maintaining positive relationships. Learn more about Boundaries with our Postcard and Foldable Cards available below.
Communication
Effective communication is one of the most important skills we can learn - and it plays a big role in our relationships! Good communication means we can share our thoughts and feelings, as well as our wants and needs. Because it’s a skill, it takes time and practice to get good at it. Learn more about Communication with our Postcard and Foldable cards available below.
Respect
Respect means that each person’s needs and wants in a relationship are taken into consideration. It’s about equality. It doesn’t mean we always agree, but we do value and consider the other person’s point of view! Explore more about Respect with our Postcard and Foldable Cards available below.
Trust
Like respect, trust goes both ways. There are mutual feelings of care and honesty, and each person knows they can rely on the other. Trust isn’t conditional to someone doing or saying certain things, and trust doesn’t require someone to behave in a way that doesn’t feel right to them.
